2. Purpose
This site presents the El Recer development, in Albons (Baix Empordà), at preliminary-design stage.
3. Nature of the information published
All the areas published are preliminary-design figures taken from the architect's schedule. They are not the areas that will appear on the deed, which will be calculated with the construction project.
The images are virtual visualisations. Furniture, lighting, planting and decoration are indicative and not included. The drawings published are preliminary-design drawings, not sales drawings.
The information on this site does not constitute a contractual offer. The final details will be provided in writing before any contract, as Spanish new-build housing regulations require.
4. Intellectual property
The content, drawings, visualisations and texts are the property of the owner or of third parties who have licensed their use. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed.
5. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
